Refund Policy

Free Trial
We offer a 3-day free trial for all new Premium subscribers. During this trial period, you have full access to all Premium features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You will retain access to Premium features until the subscription expires
Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with Prompt Rank. If you're not happy with your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
- Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, we will provide a prorated refund
- Billing errors: Any accidental or erroneous charges will be refunded in full
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@promptrank.dev with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with challenge difficulty (as this is subjective)
- Change of mind after the 7-day period
Yearly Subscriptions
For yearly subscriptions, refund requests within the first 14 days will receive a full refund. After 14 days, we offer a prorated refund for the remaining months if there are extenuating circumstances.
